A fee of £25 including vat is required for diagnostic testing (fault finding) on your computer/laptop/ipad/phone. This is taken off the total Invoice if the client authorizes a repair on the device on the phone/text/email or in person. Regular returning clients may be exempt from this fee.

Every precaution is taken to ensure that the Client’s data is preserved & will accept no responsibility for any data loss, whatever the cause.

We aim to have the repair done within 24/48 hours, but may take longer if we have difficulties diagnosing the fault or if awaiting delivery of parts.

30 days warranty on laptops/desktops/ipads/phones that we have repaired. We make no warranty on data, expressed or implied, and we disclaim any data warranty of any kind.

We agree not to disclose any information or data files supplied with, stored on, or recovered from client's equipment except to employees or agents of Zenith Multimedia Services Ltd as required by law whether the repair is done on site or off site.

Any items left with Zenith Multimedia Services Ltd for repair and not collected within ninety days of the Customer being notified of completion will be disposed of at the company’s discretion.

We cannot be held liable for any other fault not reported at the time of initial repair.
